Two Experts. One Shared Belief.
Olive Halsall and Nazan Cetin met in 2023 while working at a Family Office in Dubai, UAE; two women from very different backgrounds who found they cared deeply about what happens when skilled, brilliant people are held back by language.
Olive brings extensive expertise in language training. With a background spanning tutoring (U)HNWIs, curriculum design for European Institutions, and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Cambridge, she understands the craft of language learning.
Nazan brings a deep understanding of luxury hospitality having worked in the Sales, Reservations, and Events departments of Marriott International, Hilton, and Ramada. She holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and has worked across the GCC Region, the United States and Europe.
Together, they built Olea because they knew the gap was real — and that the right kind of training could change careers, guest experiences, and the culture of a hotel.
